We remember them this Memorial Day

I am wishing you a beautiful memorial day. Create a ritual with friends and family to cry about the horrible shootings in our undeclared war on Blacks and children in America.

Even though it is difficult, remember at the center of each of us is loving light.

Our faith isn't Jewish. I grew up Presbyterian and I'm now a treeist, practicing meditation and sending blessings to trees and people I walk by.

May you be safe

May you be happy

May you be healthy

May you be free of fear

May you keep a joyful mind

Trees breathe out, we breathe in. We're all connected in a wood wide web.

Shift: we also need to remember our dead. My sister sent me this prayer poem years ago on the anniversary of our Mother's death.

I loved it and took a photo of it.
