What do you do when you are lost in a forest?

The forest knows where you are right now. Now notice your breath, and see if you can locate the trees breathing out so you and I can breathe out.
After that sigh of self recognition, write in a journal:
What am I grateful for today?
What is your biggest challenge today?
What are you aware you are attached to and you are willing to let go?
Just for today, what art, what creativity are you going to immerse in?
Who are you going to serve?
