Just a note to ask: Got grief?

Who doesn't? Grief is a wonderful form of love. And a lot of the time we ignore this call to deepen into relationship with our own love, or loving another person. What's your experience? I know I can resist allowing grief to touch me.

But I've learned over time to become an apprentice to my sorrows. This changes everything.

Friend in the neighborhood is slowly losing her husband to ALS. And she asked me a while a go if I could help her kickstart a grief group.

We're going to launch a book group format just to test the waters. We're going to meet at Green Lake so we'll be outside slow walking into tree time, enjoying some imagination restoration in silence and conversation listening to each other.
